Are You Drinking Too Much Water?

When we drink too much water, we over-hydrate ourselves. The amount of salts and other electrolytes and minerals in our bodies gets too diluted and this could lead to water intoxication. Serious problems such as coma and seizure may be caused by the very low amount of electrolytes in our system. Cases may be rare, but this stuff can happen to us if we tend not to take note of it.




So let's make sure to drink just enough water that our body needs. About 3.7 Liters if fluid for men and 2.7 Liters of fluid for women as per The National Academic Sciences, Engineering and Medicine.
